Laimartx may process the receiving phone number, customer contact number, payout number, selected network and product, airtime value, and WhatsApp communications you choose to send.

We use this information to process bundle orders and airtime-exchange requests, prevent fraud, provide support, and maintain necessary business records.

The MVP prepares your request in your browser and opens WhatsApp. It does not save customer orders or airtime-exchange requests in the website database. Your communication is then handled through WhatsApp and may be retained where necessary for support, verification, fraud prevention, and business records.

Do not send mobile-money PINs, passwords, or one-time verification codes. Contact support if you have a privacy question.
