Terms of Service

These practical terms govern use of the Laimartx WhatsApp-assisted service.

1. 1.You are responsible for entering the correct receiving, contact, and payout numbers.
2. 2.Bundle delivery begins only after payment verification. Airtime-exchange payment begins only after airtime is received and verified.
3. 3.Rates, bundle prices, validity, and exchange limits may change. The current values shown before submission apply for review and must still be confirmed through WhatsApp.
4. 4.Transferable airtime may be subject to network restrictions. Promotional, borrowed, bonus, expired, or non-transferable airtime may be rejected.
5. 5.Successfully delivered bundles may be irreversible. Airtime sent to the wrong number may not be recoverable.
6. 6.Fraudulent payment or airtime claims will be rejected. Laimartx may refuse suspicious transactions or request additional verification.
7. 7.Network or provider delays may affect fulfilment. No completion time is guaranteed.
8. 8.Submitting a WhatsApp request does not guarantee acceptance. Do not send money or airtime before receiving official instructions.
